Eghbal Rashidi is an Assistant Professor in the Decision Sciences Department, in the Lam Family College of Business at San Francisco State University (SFSU). Eghbal holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Mississippi State University. His research interests involve developing models and algorithms for large scale optimization problems with applications in supply chain and logistics, transportation, and homeland security. His research has been published in peer reviewed journals such as Naval Research Logistics, IISE Transactions, European Journal of Operational Research, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, Int. Journal of Production Research, and Int. Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology.
